The DANGERS of MICROWAVES!

Did you know microwave ovens were created by the Nazi's? That alone should be incentive enough to throw yours out. Scientists and doctors that have tried to publicly warn people of the dangers of them have had gag orders put on them or have lost their titles and jobs. Think about the next time you got to use a microwave- thank God I dont have one, and you should get rid of yours too.

My Juice Fast Didn't Last...

...But that's only because I woke up one morning and decided I wanted a big beautiful banana smoothie. As I have always honoured  listening to my body, I did exactly that. A few days prior, I remember feeling as though I would never eat again! There were some strange emotions doing the fast, and if I feel compelled to do another, then I will. At this moment however, I am enjoying eating again.
Primarily, my days consist of bananas ( although I have never been able to eat more than 15 in one day). I know many people can eat loads of bananas, but I am content with about 3-4 medium size ones in a smoothie with some ground cinnamon, a couple of dates and water. I find this very very satisfying.
I usually like something salty (as most of you know) and will eat tomatoes that have been sun dried by me, mixing them with some fresh tomatoes and will chop some artichoke hearts with this. I finish this dish with  cucumber  spaghetti which I shave with a peeler. This is a very delicious meal for me, and although I know artichokes are fermented, they are very satisfying in this meal, and one day if I feel the need to gradually cut them out, then I will but for now- they're great. Especially if one is transitioning from vegan, to a more raw fruit based diet.
As I am not an eater in the morning, I usually start my day with a warm herbal jasmine tea. After consuming this, I usually do not feel the need  to eat for a couple of hours later.

Many of you have noticed that I haven't been as regular as I perhaps once was on youtube/facebook/social platforms, and this is simply because I felt the need to take a step back and focus on creative projects I am working on.
Thank you for your understanding!
Peace to you all

Day 9 of Juice Fast... I've Lost The Desire To Eat

Well this is really kind of strange. For the first  few days (Day 2) of the juice fast/feast I had challenges to stop myself from giving in and eating food. Those desires were short lived because as I finish Day 9 of my juice feast/fast, I have TOTALLY lost the desire to eat. Like I mean completely. For the last two days, eating has not even crossed my mind, I mean it is so weird!!
Hmm is this even normal? I honestly feel like right now, that I'll never eat again in my life!! And when I consciously think about one day when I finish the fast, Im thinking to myself "How am I going to get myself to eat again?" I mean, this feeling is that strong. If I continue feeling like this, its going to be very difficult to get me to eat. I know I have to at some point but I feel like it would now be a challenge TO eat, the total opposite of where I have come from.
I was thinking that perhaps when I finish the juice fast, I would maintain this way by juicing/fasting all day and then just having a night time meal, either fruitarian or raw vegan/vegan, whatever takes my fancy for the day. This way of life (juice fasting)  feels so natural and effortless right now, that I am not sure I want to give it up!! It could all change tomorrow, so I am just taking it day by day.
I have no idea how much I weigh because my scales broke. I have also for the past 2 days exercised, as I now feel a slight urge to and it feels great when I do. So I do a gentle 3km walk around the place.

Day 4 of Juice Fast

Greetings All!
I am embarking on a great juice feast- feasting on juice. The word 'fast' scares a lot of people, it usually is associated with a sense of being deprived, but doing a proper juice fast/feast is anything BUT deprivation. On a standard juice feast, you should be consuming a gallon, or at least 3-4 litres of fresh raw juice daily. Its a lot of cleaning the juice machine but you get used to that.  I find that even if I drink the fresh juice after 20 mins, it has already oxidised and is no longer very drinkable so I try and drink my juice as quickly as I can. I don't like to pre make my juices for this reason, and quite simply, you'll find that you are much hungrier quicker if you juice this way. This is because the nutrients are oxidising and have been broken down, similar to that of bruising a fruit or cutting it up etc.
Today is day 4, and many of you know that I work in a part time job preparing food. I am around food allll day. And if one is not juicily prepared, you are doomed for the slumbers of food!
I make sure that when I go to work, I take my juicer, as well as juicing fruit (despite the looks of co-workers...they know what Im like) and will have 1-2 Litre juices when I am working for the day.
As I mention in my Day 1 Juice fast video on youtube ( Day 1 Juice Fast Vid ) the challenge for me staying fruitarian and even on the juice fast is lack of variation in fruits. I am in a remote part of South Australia so even though there is fresh produce here, there is a lack in variation, and good quality fruit, which makes things monotonous and difficult... BUT more of an incentive to stick with it.  There will be a time coming when I will be living in the tropics with an abundance of fruit and more variations that I could ever imagine. I look forward to this time, so for now- I must keep going!

So far I have lost 1.7 kg (3.74lbs) in 4 days.
So far it has been very easy for me to stay on the juice feast, except for Day 2 when I was at work, I had thoughts about eating food, but they were soon squashed by a delicious fresh juice.
Other than that, it has been okay. My sleep is great, my dreams are unbelievably vivid and clear (digestion is much lighter since juicing so my body doesn't have to work so hard!). High strangeness is even more bold than before. Energetic/esoteric work, see body aura's, objects is very strong fasting (clear channel)... I remember reading about the great Ancient Mystery School of Alexendria in Egypt- anyone wanting to study, or being asked to study had to fast for 40 days before being accepted!! Now that says something about the power of fasting and connecting with the energetic fields.
I am very excited to see where this all goes.

My First Fruitarian Christmas!

As many of you know I have been living in the Arabian Gulf for many years and did not celebrate Christmas over there. So since now I have arrived to Australian shores I will be having my first Christmas in a while- and not only that, a Fruitarian Christmas! Whilst all around me will be feasting on the typical standard Christmas fare, I will be making a lot of vegan dishes for those who are tempted (I actually do have a fellow vegan in the family who will be there), and am thrilled that a fellow vegan will be there on the day with me. Despite me making all these vegan dishes, I on the other hand, will be sticking purely to a fruity fare. I will feast only on fruits. I made the full transition a few weeks ago of eating just fruits and water. No teas, sugars, dehydrated, heavy (fat) fruits,  or dried fruits. And the difference has truly been stunning.

Even though I am still carrying quite a bit of weight, I feel incredible. My exercise is breezy. Before it was much more of a struggle. Its just so fluid and easy. I did a nice 7km walk this morning and I would usually experience slight pain in the side of my ribs after about 30 mins but that has diminished since having no nuts seeds, dehydrated fruits. Its amazing. And even though I sweat, there is no body odour- which is amazing- deodorant, even the healthy ones, is one less thing I can give up.

I mention in my latest vid on youtube how a feeling of distinct clarity has come over me and I have had no temptation whatsoever in the last few weeks to go back to eating more of the heavier foods like avocados- which I love. Perhaps every now and then later on I will have them back in my diet, but as for now, not having them has made a big difference in my energy levels. One of my favorite meals on the fruitarian diet is avocado and sweet tomatoes but even just having tomatoes on their own (without salt) is delicious to me now.

I struggled with the salt habit in the beginning but am pleased to say it is gone! That I find unbelievable because I really never thought I could give up salt so quickly but I have. Ive also given up coffee- which was months ago now. That was very easy to give up because Id only have one a day, which was weak anyway.

So wherever you are, I wish you a festive and beautiful Christmas day, and eat lots of fruity goodness! This is a great time of year for delicious stone fruits, cherries, mango and bananas! Munch Up! <3

Delicious Raw Vegan Bread

This bread is completely raw vegan and is a friend to the animals! If you are wanting to have a more healthier, conscious option for Christmas this year, why not try and make this bread yourself- you may surprise yourself! It is a delicious alternative to conventional bread and can be topped with many delicious types of raw food: tomato/olive pate, raw basil pesto, avocado.
Christmas is a treat, so since I am with the people I love, why not share with them the things that I love and receive joy from? This bread is great for those also transitioning into a raw vegan/vegan way of life.
The raw vegan journey is a personal one, and even though there are many categories referring to fruitarianism, raw vegan, high carb raw vegan etc... do what feels right for your body as each body has different needs.

The recipe for my bread is as follows:
1 very ripe pear
1 very ripe apple
1/2 very ripe banana
1 carrot
3 cups of flaxseeds (powdered and grounded in spice grinder)
3 cups of sunflower seeds (powdered and grounded in spice grinder)
1/2 lemon squeezed
2 bell peppers, one green, one red- or whatever you fancy
1 bunch of fresh basil
5 fresh sage leaves
3 sprigs of fresh dill
1 clove garlic
Dash of Chinese 5 spice
1 tsp sea salt (optional)
1/4 tsp of fresh chilli (optional depending on your likeness for spice!)
1 handful of raw olives
1 bunch of green onion
2 tomatoes

Finely chop all wet ingredients and put them in the blender and blend away until nicely blended.
Have your flax and sunflower seeds powdered up and pour the blended ingredients together with the dry seed mix and mix together until the  mixture is like a 'mash potato' consistency. Cluggy but a moist. Spread the mixture onto sheets ready for the dehydrator about 0.5cm and slice with a knife or spatula to your desired size of bread. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours or to your own liking :) Bon Appetite!

Just What A Seed Can Do!

Many of you know how I go on about the importance of gardening and planting seeds to create your own food and abundance, helping replenishing fresh oxygen into the atmosphere and thus, I wanted to share just how one little seed can create so much abundance, joy and food for many many people and animals!

Nature is truly remarkable and our lives can blend so peacefully and beautifully together with it if we allow it to do so. If you eat some fruit, take the seed and give it a chance at life. It will give you a lifetime of gratitude and abundance in return for your love, care and thoughtfulness.

For contrast-This is my baby mango tree that I grew from seed a couple of years ago, and here is what it could become- an incredible mango tree which Im sure yields hundreds & hundreds of mangoes in one season. Happy gardening!
