The Fruitarian Choice

Greetings and fruity blessings to All!

I decided to make this blog to share with all the other fruitarians around the world, the incredible rewarding life one has upon taking a fruit diet.
My background with the fruit diet started some time ago. And I have now recently decided to become a fruitarian for life. It has been the most easiest decision to make and I havent looked back since.
I had been a practicising fruitarian a few years ago for about a year and had incredible health benefits. Due to my life at the time I then slowly incorporated cooked foods back into my diet and it has been like that ever since. Even prior to starting a fruit diet, my diet was generally pretty healthy, with a lot of fruits throughout the day, but I was not in optimum health.
Once one embarks on the fruitarian diet- things begin to taste different... and then everything really begins to taste different. For example, before a fruit diet I could eat a couple of bananas a day but never was a truly huge fan of them. Since being on a fruit diet, the banana taste different. It doesnt have the same tastes as I was once used to. I can now eat up to 6-9 per day (usually with dates and water in a smoothie) and it tastes like paradise.
My health has increase incredibly. I feel wonderful, very vibrant and positive. Eating such beautiful bounty in its most natural state makes one feel so radiant and positive. I am yet to meet a depressed fruitarian! When your body is not filled with toxins and rotting flesh, chemicals and all the rest of it, the hormones in your body balance out.
One thing I also noticed is that you lose all body smell! Not that I smelled before but there is no body odour whatsoever. And if we're going to be honest- my poo doesnt stink! I have the cleanest, smell-free bowel movements- and I am sure all fruitarians will attest to this. Not only that- its all over in 10 seconds. The body assimilates and digests as its meant to. It is the perfect diet. Of course its only early days for me, and their are some great fruity pioneers to look up to around the world who have devoted decades to this diet- but one has to start somewhere! I am 3 weeks into this fruitarian lifestyle and there is an absolute transition taking place- its infectiously beautiful!
May you all have blessed journeys with long melting sunsets
